Bring GIS Early Warning to the Places That Need It Most — Add a Valuable New Capability to Your Advisory Services.

UgoRound's GIS-based Multi-Hazard Early Warning System helps local and federal governments, emergency management agencies, campuses, venues, critical infrastructure operators, and private organisations communicate more effectively before, during, and after emergencies. As demand grows for stronger preparedness and resilience capabilities, we are building a network of accredited consultants, specialists, and partners who can guide organisations in implementing modern, location-based alerting and incident mapping solutions. No two partners are alike—choose the pathway that best matches your expertise, sector focus, and professional goals.

Why partner with UgoRound

Built for people who already sit close to the customer.

GIS consultants, emergency management advisors, and public-safety integrators already have the trust. We bring the platform, the training, and the support to back it up.

Signal 01

Real margin, not a finder's fee

Partner earns recurring revenue on every licence they place — not a one-time bounty. Your book of business compounds.

Signal 02

You're never selling alone

Every deal gets backup from UgoRound's solutions team — scoping calls, technical demos, and proposal support are included, not upsold.

Signal 03

Credibility you can show

Accredited partners complete a structured GIS Early Warning curriculum and carry a credential clients can verify — not just a logo on a slide.

Two ways in

Pick the path that matches your role today.

Most partners start in one lane. Many move into the other once they've seen the platform in the field — there's no penalty for starting light.

Path A · Low touch

Referral Partner

You know who needs this. You make the introduction. We do the rest.

  • Submit a lead in under two minutes — name, organisation, and what they're trying to solve
  • UgoRound's team runs the full sales cycle, demo, and close
  • Earn a one-time referral commission when the contract signs
  • No quota, no certification, no minimum commitment

Good fit if you're a consultant, association contact, or advisor with relationships in emergency management, local government, or campus safety — but software isn't your day job.

Path B · Full deployment

Accredited Consultant Partner

You scope, configure, and stand behind the deployment. You carry the credential and the margin.

  • Complete the 9-module Accredited GIS Early Warning Consultant curriculum
  • Recommend, configure, and implement UgoRound directly — including geofence and alert-zone setup
  • Earn recurring margin on every licence under management
  • Direct line to UgoRound's product and technical teams

Good fit if you are a consultant in emergency and disaster management, resilience, or public-safety solutions and want to incorporate GIS early warning capability into your service offering.

Questions partners ask

Before you apply

Can I start as a Referral Partner and move to Accredited Consultant Partner later?

Yes — this is the most common path. Many partners refer a few clients first, then start the accreditation track once they've seen the platform in a live deployment.

Is there a cost to join either programme?

Referral Partner accounts are free. Accredited Consultant Partner status requires completing the certification curriculum at no cost, plus maintaining at least one active licence under management to retain tier benefits.

Do I need a GIS background to become an Accredited Consultant Partner?

A working knowledge of GIS or emergency management concepts is expected going in. The accreditation curriculum covers UgoRound-specific platform knowledge — geofence alerting, zone configuration, and notification workflows — not GIS fundamentals from zero.

How is margin paid out, and how often?

Recurring margin is calculated monthly against active licences under management and paid out on a net-30 basis. Referral commissions are paid once per signed contract.

Can my organisation hold both partner types at once?

Yes. Larger consultancies often have some staff submitting referrals and others fully accredited and managing deployments — both can operate under one partner account.
